We want the guide to be worth it. If it isn't for you, you can get your money back, within these limits.
The policy
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, as long as you've opened fewer than half of the guide's pages.
- The guide has 74 counted pages: Step 1 plus every module in Steps 2–14. A page counts as opened the first time you open it.
- You can get a refund if you've opened 37 pages or fewer. Once you've opened 38 or more, the purchase is no longer refundable.
- Steps 1 and 2 count toward that number. Downloading toolkit files, reading bonuses and using the guide assistant don't.
- Your account page shows how many pages you've opened and how many days you have left.
How to ask
- Go to your account page and choose Request a refund, or
- Email help@coldtrailerplaybook.com from the address on your account.
We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, our payment provider. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund
Access to Steps 3–14, the bonuses, the toolkit and the guide assistant ends. Steps 1 and 2 stay available in your account.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is filed, access to the paid parts of the guide is paused while it's open.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If you're in the EU or UK, the checkout explains how your right of withdrawal applies to digital content that you start using right away.
